Tropical smoothie

serves 2

antioxidant rich mango and anti-inflammatory pineapple team up with coconut milk to create a taste of the tropics in this sunny smoothie. use whey protein powder to fulfill your dietary needs.

1/2 cup light coconut milk
1 cup rice milk
1/2 cup pineapple or pineapple-orange juice
1 cup mango chunks
2-3 tbsp plain / vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp coconut flakes, whole mint leaf for garnish

combine coconut milk, rice milk, juice and mango chunks in a blender and puree until smooth. add whey protein powder and mix well, then garnish if desired serve immediately.

add ice cubes or frozen or chilled ingredients for a hot day.
