Herbal smoothie

serves 2

This blended treat offers vitamin C & potassium

1-1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup strawberries
2 bananas
any herbs add-in
mint sprigs

pour orange juice in a blender with vanilla yogurt, strawberry, banana, to puree well.
add ginkgo extract, echinacea, ginger, goldenseal or whatever herbs desired.
pour in to tall glasses and garnish with mint.

*caution: herbs are good to health but some herbs to be taken only at desired proportion & desired time for best results consult doctor or dietitian

*Some herbs not to be consumed by pregnant & lactating women.
*some herbs not good for patients.
