Creamy Avocado smoothie

Serves 2

This creamy pale green smoothie is rich in healthy mono-unsaturated fats and zinc. Add a scoop of green foods powder for even more nutrients.

1/2 ripe avocado scooped
1/2 cup silken tofu
1-1/2 cups vanilla / plain rice milk
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
agave nectar to taste (sweetness)
1 tbsp green foods powder (not color) optional for extra nutrition.

Combine avocado, tofu, rice milk, pumpkin seeds & vanilla extract in a blender and puree to smooth. add agave nectar to taste plus green foods powder if desired and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds to garnish serve immediately.

* add chilled rice milk.
