Urad dhall - 1 cup
Ragi flour - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Onion, chilly, curryleaf, mustard etc for seasoning.
Soak urad dhall over night and grind well next morning. Stir in ragi flour and add salt with out any lumps.Allow it to ferment in full sunlight or overnight. Before making the dosas season the batter with above mentioned.
Choice of coconut or onion or tomato chutney goes well with Ragi dosa.
