Very Berry smoothie

Berries are the favorites of kids & adults. Berries add antioxidants with a rich flavor and a varied taste.

ingredients:

Red raspberries
Strawberries
Cranberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
whole milk
honey or maple syrup

method:
In a blender add all the berries, milk & sweetner blend till smooth with or without ice as per preference
or serve mildly chilled.

tip: if u wish to enjoy a red smoothie add only strawberry, raspberry, cranberry
add all colored berry for a dark purple smoothie.
